About the Role

  • Providing exceptional service to guests, including serving food and beverages, managing table settings, and responding to queries and complaints
  • Working effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverages
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant and bar
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and guests alike
  • Contributing to the success of the hotel through proactive suggestions and ideas

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current Victorian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
  • Experience working in a dynamic food and beverage environment

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
