Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our upscale dining establishment. Your warm smile, enthusiasm, and passion for food and beverage will make a lasting impression on our discerning clientele.

With a deep understanding of Coastal Italian cuisine and a keen eye for detail, you will provide personalized service that exceeds expectations. Your knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft beers will enable you to expertly pair beverages with dishes, creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome guests and ensure their comfort
  • Provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages
  • Upsell and promote menu items to enhance the guest experience
  • Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, including special occasions and dietary requirements
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene and food safety standards
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end dining environment

Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service; familiarity with Coastal Italian cuisine is advantageous

Valid Victorian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification

Impeccable grooming, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure

WSET certification is preferred
