Job Description

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Service Ambassador to join our team at Otway Fly Treetop Adventures.

As a Food and Beverage Service Ambassador, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service, upselling, take orders, operate the till and make coffee - all while delivering a fantastic and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise sales opportunities through upselling and informing guests of add-ons
  • Stock management and order receiving/replenishment
  • Maintaining site presentation in line with specified cleaning duties and routines
  • Making beverages (including coffee) where possible

Requirements:

  • A strong communicator and able to build rapport across the business
  • Flexible and adaptable approach along with demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills
