About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role would suit someone with experience working in a workshop or dealership environment, particularly in Parts or Stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales and parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees.
  • Prepare and order parts efficiently.
  • Maintain high merchandising standards.
  • Perform inventory control and stock take accurately.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Parts Interpretation is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Strong work ethic, maturity, and positivity.
  • Excellent customer service and professional presentation skills.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills and ability to learn parts interpretation software.
  • Familiarity with Agricultural machinery is an advantage but not required.

Working Conditions:

This role includes a Saturday morning roster to support our customers on weekends.
