Job Title: Inventory Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Inventory Operations Coordinator.

Job Description:

The Inventory Operations Coordinator will play a vital part in ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely processing of stock to our retail stores, supporting smooth operations across the business.

  • Coordinate product dispatch, ensuring orders reach stores on time and in full.
  • Maintain stockroom organization, accuracy, and compliance with company security standards.
  • Support store setups, refits, and stock movements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve inquiries quickly and professionally.
  • Assist the Logistics Team Leader with daily operations and continuous improvement projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or a retail environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Previous experience in jewelry retail or inventory management is desirable.
