About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team at Estia Health in Burton. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the presentation of our home is of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the maintenance program to ensure the home is well-maintained and presented.
  • Work collaboratively with residents, staff, and external contractors to resolve maintenance issues and improve the overall living environment.
  • Utilize your general handy skills to perform a variety of tasks, including repairs, maintenance, and minor renovations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
