Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement our e-commerce strategy. This role is responsible for delivering marketing initiatives that boost sales, customer engagement, and retention, and build our brand awareness.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in a similar E-Commerce or Digital Marketing role and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Manage website content, including homepage, category pages, landing pages, promotional flags, navigation, and other on-site content.
  • Oversee social media accounts, including several Facebook and Instagram accounts, as well as the company LinkedIn, YouTube, and Gumtree accounts.
  • Improve SEO by using Google Search Console and Keyword Planner.
  • Run and plan effective Google Search Ads and Display Ads with optimised CPCs.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction scores and direct messaging and comments via social media platforms and raise with the customer service team.
  • Manage EDM Campaigns.
  • Support the organisation of industry days, country & trade shows.
