
Claims Support Specialist

We are seeking a Claims Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing support to our claims and premium operations, ensuring all customers receive the guidance they require for injured workers to recover and make a safe and sustainable return to work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for utilising Worksafe and Gallagher Bassett systems and programs for records keeping, file notes and contacts.

We have six offices in Australia and employ over 1200 staff.
