Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the EMS Service Desk team to deliver high-quality support and services to education sites across the state.
  • Foster a positive, service-driven culture within the team, encouraging staff to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor workloads, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Develop and manage KPIs to ensure team performance meets departmental standards.
  • Collaborate with the EMS Operations leadership team to support the strategic goals of the department.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications related to Information Technology, ITIL methods or related fields.
