Portfolio Management Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in the general management and overview of a national commercial and retail portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for positioning and protecting the investment performance of the portfolio, ensuring profitability through diligent and professional management.

To achieve this goal, you will facilitate resources, both in-house and outsourced, and promote an overall team effort to maintain services and resolve property issues.

  • Position the portfolio for optimal returns through strategic management and oversight.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Provide recommendations to clients in accordance with agreed standards and requirements, and negotiate rent reviews, lease renewals, and leasing agreements as required.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8 + years' experience in property management.
  • A Class 1 Real Estate license or higher preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends.
  • Excellent Excel skills and organizational abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and foster key relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
