Portfolio Management Executive
">This is a key opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee and manage a significant commercial and retail portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, developing strong relationships with clients and landlords, and ensuring business objectives are met.
">Responsibilities include:

- Positioning and protecting the investment performance of the portfolio through diligent and professional management practices.">
- Facilitating resources and promoting an overall team effort to maintain services and resolve property issues in a timely manner.">
- Liaising regularly with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations and conducting negotiations relating to rent reviews, lease renewals, and leasing as required.">
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate will possess:

- 8+ years of experience in property management, preferably with a Class 1 Real Estate license or equivalent.">
- A strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends.">
- Excellent Excel skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.">
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and foster key relationships.">
- A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.">
