Property Portfolio Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a national commercial and retail portfolio management team.

  • You will oversee the general management and performance of a large-scale portfolio, ensuring profitability through diligent and professional oversight.
  • You will coordinate resources, both internal and external, to maintain services and resolve property issues in a timely manner.
  • You will liaise regularly with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations and conducting negotiations related to rent reviews, lease renewals, and leasing.

You require 8+ years of experience in property management, a Class 1 Real Estate license is preferred, while a Class 2 license is essential. You must also have a strong understanding of building services and real estate market trends.

You should be able to build and foster key relationships and thrive in a collaborative work environment.

You will possess excellent organisational and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
