Workshop Leadership Opportunity

The role of a Workshop Supervisor is a pivotal leadership position within the maintenance team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day coordination and management of workshop activities.

About the Role

This key leadership position requires strong knowledge of Road Transport vehicle maintenance and previous experience as a leading hand or supervisor in a workshop environment.

  • Oversee a fleet of vehicles and other mobile equipment
  • Manage and lead a team of employees
  • Ensure quality control and standards are met

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating daily workshop activities
  • Leading a team of employees to achieve high-quality results
  • Ensuring safety protocols and procedures are followed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
  • Previous FIFO/Mining experience
  • Unrestricted HR Drivers Licence
  • Experience using MAINPAC system
