Key Responsibilities- Lead a team dedicated to delivering 3rd Tier application support and DevOps services, with a strong emphasis on project delivery and BAU.
- Oversee 3rd tier application support, project management, and ITIL practices such as problem and change management within the APAC region.
- Enhance our release management processes and application performance monitoring capabilities, collaborating closely with IT Development and Operations teams.
- Automate and streamline software delivery processes, ensuring rapid and reliable deployment of code changes while maintaining system stability, performance, and security.
- 2 years' experience of line management in a similar role.
- Experience in supporting Microsoft.NET applications on Windows Server.
- Proficiency with CI/CD toolsets and automation, preferably Terraform, Octopus Deploy, and GitHub.
- Skilled in scripting with PowerShell, Bash, Golang, or Python.
- Prior experience in championing change and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of automation tools and methodologies.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and industry best practices.
- Experience in working within an ITIL framework.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
