As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, management, and optimization of on-premise infrastructure and will lead a team of engineers, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of the company's applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the DevOps team, providing guidance and support.
  • Design, implement, and maintain the on-premise infrastructure and applications.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for deployment, monitoring, and automation.
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and security through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with development and IT teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, security, and connectivity.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our infrastructure.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of the infrastructure, processes, and configurations.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of on-premise infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking.
  • Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and scripting languages (e.g.,.Net, Python, Bash).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Solid understanding of security best practices and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and principles.
