Job Title: DevOps Manager

About the Role:

Tresata is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Manager to lead and manage our DevOps team. As a DevOps Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of DevOps best practices and implementing automation strategies to streamline our delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of DevOps specialists.
  • Design, deploy, and manage AWS/Azure infrastructure components.
  • Set up and maintain Kubernetes clusters for deploying and scaling applications.
  • Develop and maintain Terraform scripts to provision and configure infrastructure resources.
  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and address performance issues.
  • Ensure security best practices and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for future reference.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Information Management or relevant field required.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical support is required, SaaS/Tech industry experience preferred.
  • Azure/AWS certifications such as DevOps Engineer Expert, Solutions Architect Expert, or any other related certifications.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Go).
  • Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
