About the Role

Tresata is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Manager to lead and manage our DevOps team. As a key member of our global DevOps team, you will drive the adoption of DevOps best practices and implement automation strategies to streamline our delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of DevOps specialists to design, deploy, and manage our AWS / Azure infrastructure components.
  • Implement Kubernetes deployment and maintenance, including containerization, orchestration, and service discovery.
  • Develop and maintain Terraform scripts to provision and configure infrastructure resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and address performance issues and system failures.
  • Ensure security best practices and compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for future reference.
  • Continuously monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Information Management or relevant field required.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical support, with SaaS/Tech industry experience preferred.
  • Azure / AWS certifications such as DevOps Engineer Expert, Solutions Architect Expert, or any other related certifications.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Go).
  • Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
