Customer Service Team Leader

We're seeking an exceptional leader to oversee our customer service team and deliver outstanding experiences across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in customer-facing roles, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire teams.
The OpportunityThis is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for supporting both customers and staff. As the first point of contact for escalations, you'll lead and coach a team of customer service agents to consistently meet and exceed service quality, CSAT, and resolution time targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team to achieve consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage complex customer issues with empathy and professionalism
- Partner with the customer service manager to implement process improvements and new systems
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages continuous learning and growth
- Proven experience in leading customer-facing teams
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
