Job Title: Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our customer service team and drive excellence in customer satisfaction and financial performance.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results through effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring. They will inspire and develop their team to deliver outstanding customer service, foster a high-performance culture, and maximize productivity through smart workforce planning and task delegation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong people leadership skills, with a collaborative approach, and a demonstrated ability to drive team performance, meet key performance indicators, and manage performance effectively.

They will be customer-focused, with superior customer service skills, and have strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail operations.

This is a full-time role that requires the candidate to work across fortnightly rotating rosters to meet key store trading hours, including weekends and extended/peak trade.

About You:
  • Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Area Manager or similar, ideally in Retail or Department Store environment
  • Strong people leadership skills with a 'hands-on', collaborative approach
  • Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, meet KPIs and manage performance effectively
  • Customer focused with superior customer service skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail operations
