Senior Compliance Manager Job\

The role of Senior Compliance Manager is critical in ensuring that our company meets all regulatory requirements. This position will be responsible for maintaining and preparing clear, detailed, and accurate IT documentation for SOX/FDA/EUMDR/CLIA/CAP/GMP/ISO compliance.

This individual will oversee internal controls over all systems in scope, IT policies, procedures, change, and project management for the company. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of current accounting (GAAP) and auditing (GAAS) principles, as well as experience with risk-based internal audits and external audit processes.

\Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Maintain and enhance SOX controls documentation to reflect the current environment and comply with SOX compliance.\
  • Update and align IT processes, systems, controls, and policies to industry standards and drive remediation efforts for any identified deficiencies.\
  • Drive and facilitate on-going IT compliance training programs for IT process and control owners.\
  • Conduct risk-based internal audits to determine soundness, adequacy, and application of IT and controls.\
  • Manage year-end external audit, including direct interaction with independent auditors on internal control testing.\
  • Oversee confidential control reviews, special investigations, and other ad-hoc projects.\
  • Ascertain the appropriateness of the Company's protection and safeguarding of assets and recommend areas for improvements.\
  • Participate in IT Governance Council to facilitate meetings and review proposals timely.\
  • Maintain a current knowledge base of audit industry practices and ensure best practices are always considered.\
  • Perform all assigned duties in a manner that reflects the highest professional standards and complies with guidelines of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and Institute of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).\

Required skills include Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems, Professional certification such as CISA, CIA, or similar, and recent hands-on SOX/FDA/EUMDR/CLIA/CAP/GMP/ISO experience.

We offer a competitive salary range of $146,000 - $190,000 per year, dependent on factors such as type and length of experience, education, etc.
