Senior Leadership Role in Communications

This is a senior leadership position responsible for ensuring strategic and impactful communications, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge translation functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote ANROWS's work and engage stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of professionals in the development and dissemination of knowledge products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, government, and community organizations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on communication and engagement matters to ANROWS leadership and staff.

Key Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as communications, marketing, or public relations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in communications and engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • A master's degree in a relevant field, such as communications, marketing, or public relations.
  • Experience working in a national research organization or similar setting.
