Job Overview

This senior HR Business Partner role is a pivotal opportunity to drive key initiatives and support the development of our people across support services.

The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders to provide expert HR advice, driving improvements in talent management, retention, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement HR solutions that align with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to deliver seamless HR service delivery, including partnering with Talent Acquisition, Workplace Relations, and Organisational Development.
  • Report on and analyse HR data to inform business decisions, providing actionable insights.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to managers on performance management processes, including setting and reviewing performance objectives.
  • Develop and implement succession planning and career development initiatives to build a strong, high-performing workforce.
