Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our team in the field of tailings management and mine waste operations. This position requires the application of technical knowledge and skills to ensure safe facilities for our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our client's teams with technical and operational expertise, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. As part of our team, you will provide critical support for Tailings Storage Facilities (TSFs) and Water Storage Facilities (WSF).

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to contribute to innovative projects, expand their knowledge, and develop their skills in hydrogeology, process engineering, geochemistry, water, civil engineering, and social engagement.

Skill Requirements:

  • Civil/Geotechnical/Tailings dam design experience
  • Proficiency in geotechnical analyses using software packages
  • Understanding of tailing deposition modeling
  • Geotechnical and environmental site characterization
  • Instrumentation monitoring system development and management
  • Project/task management and proposal preparation
  • Preparation of engineering reports, design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications
  • Client development and relationship building

Education and Licensure:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a related field (required)
  • Advanced degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a related field (preferred)
  • Professional registration (preferred but not essential)
