Tailings Engineer Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled engineer to join our team in Perth, Brisbane, or Melbourne. As a Tailings Engineer Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our client's facilities to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
About the Role:- Civil/Geotechnical/Tailings dam design
- Geotechnical analyses using various software packages
- Understanding of tailing deposition modelling
- Geotechnical and environmental site characterisation
- Development and management of instrumentation monitoring systems
- Project/task management and proposal preparation support
- Preparation of engineering reports, design calculations, drawings, technical specifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a related field
- At least 8 years of directly relevant experience in a consulting environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of relevant geotechnical engineering software
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and travelling to client facilities as needed
