Senior Tailings/Geotechnical Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Tailings/Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for designing and managing tailings storage facilities (TSFs) and water storage facilities (WSFs). Your expertise in geotechnical analysis and instrumentation monitoring systems will be essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of these facilities.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a related field
  • Advanced degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a related field (preferred)
  • Professional registration (preferred but not essential)

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage TSFs and WSFs
  • Perform geotechnical analyses using various software packages
  • Develop and manage instrumentation monitoring systems
  • Manage project/task assignments, meeting deadlines, and traveling to client facilities as needed
