Senior Quality Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our banking systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality engineering activities in the banking domain
  • Develop and execute automation scripts using Selenium/TOSCA
  • Review and understand software system specifications to identify performance requirements
  • Create performance test cases and scripts that cover various scenarios
  • Conduct performance testing to assess system reliability, capacity, and scalability
  • Monitor system performance during tests and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and performance issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Skills:
  • Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence, Azure DevOps or HP ALM
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as BDD/TDD/Gherkin
  • Expertise in performance/SVT test tooling like LoadRunner and K6
  • Strong technical skills in one or more of CI/CD, SQL, middleware, AWS, GCP and/or messaging systems
Domain Knowledge:
  • Experience working with banking channels such as IVR, Branch Teller, Mobile Banking, ATM and Electronic Banking Services
  • Understanding of the retail, corporate and wealth management domain
  • Experience in loans and collateral management, credit management systems and loan originating systems
