We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a key role within our organization.
This is a hybrid position that requires working in the office at least three days a week.
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be crucial in maintaining high standards of quality within the Admin/Claims Services Teams daily operations.
Key responsibilities include assessing call quality, calibrating evaluations, and collaborating with the Admin Leadership, Governance, Risk & Compliance teams.
- Conduct thorough quality evaluations for Admin/Claims staff, ensuring timely completion of call monitoring and assessments.
- Deliver comprehensive onboarding sessions to new team members and participate in calibration evaluations to ensure assessment consistency.
- Analyse evaluation results to identify coaching and training needs, providing valuable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Assist in managing incident registers and ensure activities comply with organisational policies, legal standards, and ethical practices.
- Support updates to the quality management system and prepare internal quality reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- RG146 accreditation and relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong communication, analytical, and technical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, maintain attention to detail, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Resilience, relationship-building skills, and problem-solving ability.
- A commitment to upholding organisational values and maintaining high standards of compliance and ethics.
