Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

The quality assurance specialist is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety within our facility. The specialist plays a pivotal role in promoting quality improvement initiatives, managing audits, and inspecting processes.

  • Promote quality enhancement strategies across the site to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformance reports to minimize disruptions.
  • Inspect and improve quality procedures, including paint inspections, to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with warranty claims and customer responses, contributing to monthly performance reports to evaluate progress.
  • Ensure workplace safety by conducting regular audits and monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Evaluate environmental compliance through internal audits and support external inspections to maintain a sustainable work environment.
  • Deliver training sessions to enhance personnel skills and prepare them for toolbox training.
  • Communicate management directives and participate in review meetings to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Champion company values and respond to related operational requests to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong auditing experience, preferably with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
  • Experience in delivering training sessions to diverse groups.
  • Manufacturing experience, particularly in the aviation industry, is highly valued.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator, confident under pressure, and strong relationship builder.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
