Job Title:

Premises Officer

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Premises Officer to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

  • This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office premises, providing exceptional support to our operations team, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors professionally and manage incoming calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and visitor sign-in/out system.
  • Assist visitors with inquiries and provide information about our organization's policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with tact and escalate issues as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, coordinate mail distribution, courier services, and office supplies inventory and support.
  • Manage and update contact lists, databases, and office records, create purchase requisition/orders, and provide support to internal business areas as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in real estate & office administration, assistant, or relevant role.
  • Background in the electrical power and automation industry is an advantage.
  • Able to work at site, ABB office in Notting Hill, Australia.
