Job Title: Senior Transformation Consultant

Are you looking for a challenging role that will utilise your skills and experience to deliver high-impact projects?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of transformation projects to optimise business value.

Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in transformation delivery, project management or program support within financial services. They will also have proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse and inclusive teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and engage with stakeholders across business and technology functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the delivery of transformation projects to optimise business value
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations to support outcomes being delivered on time and within scope
  • Contribute to project planning, status reporting, risk management, and quality assurance
  • Apply delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to suit the needs of different projects and programs from the simplest to the most complex

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in transformation delivery, project management or program support within financial services
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse and inclusive teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and engage with stakeholders across business and technology functions
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
