Contact Center Leadership Position

As the Team Leader, you will:
- Analyze real-time and historical data to ensure service delivery standards are met.
- Conduct coaching and development activities such as one-on-one sessions, buddying, training, and skill development for contact center team members.
- Respond to queries from contact center staff and manage escalated customer interactions to provide timely and effective service.
- Monitor and respond to technical support requests to assist with issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to exchange information and support decision making.
- Lead change initiatives within the contact center environment to foster a positive culture of growth and improvement.
