Lead Technical Engineer Position

This role is ideal for a skilled professional who can effectively drive the delivery of Feedzai products.

The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to guide engineering teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic technical direction and vision for the Data Orchestration product line.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term architectural integrity and drive tactical improvements.
  • Develop and execute engineering initiatives, uphold high-quality standards, and mentor junior engineers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in creating and operating large-scale data engineering projects or products.
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud-native SaaS systems and associated technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients to develop result-driven solutions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with changing processes and structures.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a focus on developing engineers as much as building technology.
