Your Impact as Operational Risk and Compliance Lead

You will guide the strategic direction of cross-functional teams, overseeing the design and delivery of scalable data solutions, including real-time streaming and analytics. Your responsibilities include:

  • Driving platform scalability and growth within cloud-native environments.
  • Shaping the technical roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture.
  • Championing engineering best practices and driving reusability and platform adoption.

As a leader in this field, you will collaborate across domains to ensure that platform capabilities support enterprise-wide decisioning, financial crime detection and customer intelligence.

  • Proven experience in leading engineering teams within large-scale cloud-native platforms.
