Essential Qualifications:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated expertise in critical nursing skills and experience, preferably in Critical Care Nursing or with recent critical care exposure
- Ability to prioritise work effectively and communicate clearly with colleagues
- Capacity to work flexible hours, including evenings and public holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development
