At the forefront of e-commerce operations, we seek a meticulous Online Product Coordinator to collaborate with our Senior Merchandising Specialist in crafting seamless customer experiences across multiple platforms.

About this Role

As an Online Product Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in refining online product journeys and delivering captivating shopping experiences. From optimizing product displays and information to driving optimal customer purchase journeys, you will build and maintain web landing pages using low-code tools.

Please note: This is an entry-level position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing data analytics and strategic thinking to inform decisions and drive impactful outcomes.
  • Partnering with marketing teams to plan and execute seasonal launches, product releases, and promotional activities.
  • Updating and monitoring website navigation to ensure correct placement of categories and customer journeys.
  • Reviewing landing pages through Page Builder to enable promotional and strategic activity for marketing & merch.
  • Supporting content teams with product uploads and managing websites as required.
  • Updating and changing banners, supported by the web development team.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Outstanding Excel skills.
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding and/or experience with web optimization & product data.
  • Confidence in using various tools and systems to analyze data & ability to understand its meaning.
  • Aptitude for understanding technical systems and system integration.
  • An ability to adopt a commercial mindset.
