About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and administrative professional to join our Customer Engagement team as a Sales Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for daily data processing tasks, data cleansing, and uploading leads for our outbound sales team. You will also use our CRM system for data import/export and basic analysis, manage our administration inbox, and respond to queries in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily data processing tasks using internal systems
- Regular data cleansing and uploading of leads for outbound sales team
- Use of CRM system for data import/export and basic analysis
- Managing administration inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Providing customer support to corporate account holders
- Ensuring high quality data entry and information management
- Maintaining accurate mapping tools
- Assisting with promotions, including customer mailouts
- Weekly accounts processing for circulation and distribution
About You
We are looking for a candidate who is process driven, with strong time management, exceptional attention to detail, and organizational skills. You should have excellent communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel is also required.
