Heavy Diesel Mechanic

About the Role:

We are currently seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics to join our team across multiple sites in Western Australia. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, overhauling, repairing, tuning and maintaining heavy diesel equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with heavy diesel equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes and filter replacements
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective equipment operation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Technical Skills:

  • Experience working with heavy diesel equipment, including Caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr and Hitachi machines
  • Ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues

Qualifications:

  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in Heavy Diesel Mechanics
  • Valid C Class Drivers Licence

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
