Corporate Lawyer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled corporate lawyer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for handling complex legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, foreign investment, and commercial contracts.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team on high-profile corporate cases. You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive environment.

  • M&A (Domestic & Cross-Border) – Advising on national and international transactions from due diligence to deal execution.
  • Takeovers & Capital Strategies – Handling off-market takeovers, capital reductions, and share buy-backs for both private and public entities.
  • Foreign Investment & Approvals – Navigating FIRB and other regulatory frameworks for inbound and outbound investments.
  • Structuring & Restructuring – Providing strategic advice on joint ventures, partnerships, and business reorganisations.
  • Commercial Contracts – Drafting and negotiating complex agreements to protect client interests.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Corporate/Commercial Associate or Senior Associate in a leading specialist, top-tier, or mid-tier firm.
  • Strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in Renewables, M&A, and/or Foreign Investment.
