Job Title: Food and Beverage Attendant

Job Summary:

Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team on a casual basis. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take guest orders and provide recommendations
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience working in a similar position
  • Hold an RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
