Compassionate Home Healthcare Professional Wanted

Care for individuals in their homes and community settings, providing holistic, person-centred care to those experiencing mental health challenges, chronic conditions, and complex needs.
As a compassionate and skilled nurse, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver early intervention, health education, and recovery-focused support.
About the Role- Provide direct clinical nursing care to clients in their homes in line with best practice nursing procedures
- Conduct clinical assessments, dressings, medication assessment and catheter changing
- Develop a comprehensive nursing care plan in collaboration with client, carer, Care Advisor and Allied Health professionals
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly
- Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
- Minimum 3 years postgraduate nursing experience
- Experience in clinical assessments
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Office products and ability to pick up new systems
- NSW Driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- No shift work - working hours between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
