About This Role:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive care and individual case management to residents according to our organisational clinical framework and care model. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Knowledge of legislation, regulations, and evidence-based best practice relevant to aged care
- Ability to lead and manage a team of care staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
