We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Canterbury Hospital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality patient-centred care that promotes identified health outcomes. This will involve assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing evidence informed nursing care that promotes patient safety and well-being.
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

The ideal candidate will have current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and a strong understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking. They will also have a commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to apply and share their expertise with colleagues.

  • Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
