Job Opportunity: Quality Improvement Coordinator

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise in quality improvement and training coordination.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in championing a strong culture of continuous improvement activities through the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance programs ensuring compliance against industry standards.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive induction and ongoing education programs, incident management, and development of relevant policies and procedures.

As a Quality Improvement Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs focused on active support, human rights, and practice excellence with a focus on supporting people with complex needs.

You will have experience in policy and procedure development, maintaining client record systems, and data interpretation and process analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Certificate IV Training Assessment with the ability to confidently deliver effective group and 1:1 training and develop high-quality written training materials.
  • Experience in delivering continuous quality improvement activities, providing effective feedback, and developing compliance resources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and process analysis.
