Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support, including typing, finalizing correspondence, and maintaining databases.
  • Record and process incoming and outgoing mail, as well as receive and screen telephone calls for senior accounting staff.
  • Manage diaries and meetings for senior accounting staff, coordinate business unit travel arrangements, and prepare internal accounting requirements.
  • Process ABN and TFN applications, prepare and finalize mail outs, and provide backup administration assistance to other business unit Team Coordinators.
  • Perform typing, photocopying, faxing, binding, collating, and printing as required, and assist with end of month billing.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Administration Assistant.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm.
