About the Opportunity

You'll be working with a well-established and supportive team to empower young people, foster inclusion, and deliver innovative programs that respond to the evolving needs of our community.

The impact you will make

  • Designing and delivering youth-led committees, programs, events and workshops.
  • Supporting young people to set goals and access relevant services.
  • Creating safe, engaging and inclusive spaces at our dedicated youth facility.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contributing to strategic and operational planning and continuous service improvement.

What we are looking for

  • Tertiary qualifications in youth work or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a youth-centred approach.
  • Proven ability to engage and support a diverse cohort young people.
  • Knowledge of youth safety principles and intervention strategies.
  • Experience in developing and evaluating group programs and events.
  • A current Victorian Driver's Licence and Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid certification (preferred).
