Young Peoples Development Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in enhancing the mental health and wellbeing of young people. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and delivering programs that promote social and community connection, pathways and skill development, advocacy and activism.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, facilitating and evaluating a wide range of programs and activities for young people. They will also possess a comprehensive understanding of professional boundaries when working with young people, as well as the ability to establish and sustain positive rapport that motivates and empowers young people to become active citizens within their community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and delivering programs that enhance the mental health and wellbeing of young people
  • Establishing and sustaining positive relationships with young people
  • Facilitating and evaluating programs and activities for young people
