Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Backend Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the survey capabilities of our visualization product.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in backend development, preferably with experience working in microservice architecture.

You will take ownership of high-impact features that will shape the future growth of our product, working closely with Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers in an agile environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in backend development, preferably with a focus on microservice architecture.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and taking a collaborative approach, thriving in a team of engineers.
  • Ability to lead features independently, understanding requirements, identifying core problems and making informed recommendations.
  • Comfortable with discovery-driven problem-solving in complex environments.
  • Will to contribute to frontend tasks when necessary, demonstrating a full-stack mentality.
