Job Title: Programmatic Strategy Consultant

We are seeking an experienced programmatic professional to join our team as a Programmatic Strategy Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement programmatic strategies that drive business results.

Your key responsibilities will include leading programmatic delivery and optimization across the Google Marketing Platform, advising on supply-side strategy, translating technical programmatic detail into clear commercial recommendations, managing and mentoring a trading team, and championing a culture of continuous improvement.

About You

  • You have 9+ years of experience in programmatic, with proven capability across DV360 and SSPs.

  • You have experience managing PMP deals, inventory, and yield optimization.

  • You possess strong commercial acumen and confidence in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.

  • You have leadership or mentoring experience in a trading/programmatic team.

  • You are adaptable, innovative, and comfortable working in an independent environment.
