This is a senior-level role that requires experience in digital marketing, specifically in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and digital personalisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
- Champion a mobile-first approach and ensure digital content is engaging, accessible, and optimized for all devices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a digital marketing team, ideally in a highly regulated industry
- In-depth knowledge of CRO, digital personalisation, customer journey mapping, UX, data analytics, and current digital marketing trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
