Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Case Manager to ensure timely and empathetic claims processing. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who can make a real difference in the lives of our members.


What You Will Do
  • Manage claims from receipt through to resolution, ensuring that all interactions with members are friendly, efficient and effective.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into claims, gathering relevant information and evidence to support decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with members, keeping them informed about the progress of their claim and providing regular updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all claims activity, including correspondence, phone calls and meetings.
Requirements
  • Degree in a related field (e.g. law, social work or a related discipline).
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a case management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks as required.
